In offering you the most efficient operation of your HVAC system Engineered Air has developed its own line of integrated controls.



C-TRAC - This control offers complete internal control of all cooling equipment supplied by Engineered Air. It has built in compressor staging logic with built in inter-stage and anti-cycle timers. The C-TRAC offers an economizer mode giving free cooling through damper modulation. The control can be integrated with a building BMS system through its auxiliary signal input. Heating can also be controlled by utilizing the controls link to an Engineered Air DJM combined with the controls auxiliary output signal to a BMS system or control valve.



DJM - Engineered Air’s DJ series indirect fired heaters can optionally be supplied with our DJM control. This control optionally offers stand alone discharge air temperature operation, room reset, room over ride, CTRAC control, and or BMS control. When combined with an Engineered Air high turn down burner the DJM control offers a 15:1 turn down ration by modulating both gas flow and combustion air.



G-TRAC - Engineered Air’s DG series indirect fired heaters can optionally be supplied with our G-TRAC control. This control optionally offers stand alone discharge air temperature operation, room reset, room over ride, C-TRAC control, and or BMS control. When combined with an Engineered Air high turn down burner the G-TRAC control offers a 20:1 turn down ratio by modulating both gas flow and combustion air.



H-TRAC - Our LMK electrically heated air handling units utilize this state of the art control to stage electric heating and provide the equivalent of 15 stages of heat.



Q-TRAC - When tied in with a QDT heat recovery coil, the Q-TRAC control maximizes recovery efficiencies while reducing frost build up on heat recovery pipes. By controlling the tilt angle of the heat pipe coil, the package can be maintained in its optimum position for recovery which offers the maximum in efficiency. The Q-TRAC offers and auxiliary output signal which can be tied into a BMS system or a secondary heat source to ensure overall building comfort.



W-TRAC - Engineered Air’s W-TRAC control is designed to offer maximum efficiency from our heat wheel products. By varying the RPM of the heat wheel motor we can maximize heat recovery while ensuring that the wheel remains frost free at all times. This state of the art control offers a heat recovery mode, cooling mode, frost protection mode and a vent mode.
